Happy Easter!

Well, Easter was pretty uneventful for me! We went to church of course and then headed out to Gramma Kirby's. Of course, I slept most of the time. Reese had a ball for Easter. She hunted on her own at Gramma Kirby's but then Cousing Lou Lou recruited her to help her get more eggs than her 3 brothers could get. Momma and Daddy made me take some "Easter" pictures. I am not sure that I am ready for all this posing and propping me up on things. Oh well...I do look cute. Momma and Daddy are amazed at how chunky I am getting. I have already outgrown several pajamas and outfits. I've even worn a few things that are 3-6 months and they were just barely too big on me! I think Momma is a little nervous because she bought a bunch of clothes before I was born and doesn't think that I will be the right size for the season she bought them for! Oops!

A Day at the Maddock House w/ Big Sister

Well...things are pretty exciting with my new sister. She is quite busy. She just turned two and is all over the place but...she does like to slow down and talk to me and kiss and hug me. She likes to sit on the couch with me. She tries to feed me whatever she is eating but mom always tells her not to. She keeps telling mom "I want to feed Hunter." Soon she'll be feeding me EVERYTHING I am sure just like she feeds Bogey everything.

As you can see in the pictures, she is very good at keeping herself busy while mom and I eat and change my diaper. This all happened in about 10 minutes. You have to admit she is quite resourceful and quite creative!

I am growing like a weed. Already outgrowing some clothes and diapers. I am staying awake more and starting to make some little noises! I smile all the time. I love to look at lights! Mom has to turn them off sometimes because I won't eat or sit still to get my clothes changed if they are on! It's a fun little game I play with her!

1 Month Old

We've had a busy month, and unfortunately haven't been good about updating our blog. We sold our house a couple of weeks ago and have been looking for a new house just about every other day. We've been looking for quite some time, especially once we found out Mr. Hunter was on the way...we just need more room.

Hunter is doing great...sleeping about 7 hours during the night already. He weighed 10 pounds at his appointment today, and was already over 23 inches long. His big sister Reese is also doing just fine, taking time to check in every so often to make sure he's still breathing, etc. As you can see, she's already helping out with his baths.
